Oh hell no. The Daytona alone blows the Nautilus out of the water. The Patek has a nice movement but its not so great looking style wise. But if someone gave me a free Nautilus I would not turn it down. Still a great classic just not my style.

Not that it matters but thats an aquanaut travel time 5164 not a nautilus. Also it is not offered on a bracelet.

If you really like it then yes. But if you are not familiar with everyday usage of Patek, be aware that it is a fragile watch compared to Rolex.

1 Patek vs 3 Rolexes

You are asking in the wrong forum. Go ask in the PP forum.

I vote for the 5164. Only good one from your mix is a daytona. Super mass produced. You can get it again once the craze goes down. The other is a 34k watch trading at around 40k today.

Comparing apples and oranges.

The 5164A is a beautiful watch but I always get drawn to the aesthetically jarring parrotfish beak like gap between the pushers on the side of its case.

I would stick to what you have. More variety. And a beautiful collection.

In reality it is no issue you don't notice it, not with such a marvellous dial.

I prefer the daytona alone over that patek. If it was a nautilus it would a different story

Having been a Patek collector and daily wear for well over 15 years... get three Rolex. One Patek highly limits your choices combined with a sheer lack of options when it is in service for 6+ months. Life is about making choices, and only one Patek severely limits your option in many ways.

I’d dump that patek for 3 Rolexes all day but good luck getting those Rolexes from an AD...

I actually prefer the rubber on Aquanauts. Rolex or Omega I'd agree bracelet over leather/rubber everytime.

I can say that of your 3 I only care for the 116500 which I own so I would trade the other 2 and add cash. That way you have both a 5164 and 116500 which make for a great pair.
This is a fair answer, I have never owned any, but, if that Patek was the ultimate goal, I would trade.

I would definitely keep the 5164. One of my dream watches! Even more so considering the collection you already have. Its close in trade value, but I believe the Patek is worth slightly more than the 3 Rolex, too (new & used value)

I’m surprised at how many people like the Nautilus, but not the Aquanaut. I have a 5711 and a 5167, and I like the Aquanaut as much as the Nautilus. Actually wear it more often. And love the tropical strap! (the only way it’s available on the 5164 anyways).
