It was a corporate gift from Coca Cola to an employee. I’ve come across another gentleman in Canada who has the exact same reference number, spec, same year of manufacturing (1990) and year it was gifted in (1991). His watch was also a gift for an employee from Coca Cola. I suspect that Coca Cola made a deal with Rolex to manufacture a certain spec of op dates for anyone retiring in 91 from Coca-Cola Canada. I’ll attach pictures of the other watch for sale in Canada with the same story.
