35, IT Manager, Yacht-master SS/Plat-v serial, IWC Aqua-timer.

Searching for Submariner as I type this. Either a SubC or Vintage Red on the way after that a classy dress watch, Non Rolex. IWC Portofino or VC Patrimony. To me the VC line is just at the tippy top of the food chain. (watch chain)

I am 34 years old and a corporate lawyer with a fairly large law firm. I bought my first Rolex DateJust two weeks back. Its a steel and gold DJ with fluted bezel and black jubilee roman dial (pic attached).

My next purchase (not sure when that would happen) would be a gold president.

Ok, a small update...
I still have the same job.
But my wife hijacked my Explorer II!
She was looking for a durable and reliable watch which would serve as a decent investment.
The Explorer II V-series, is an intermediate model that has only been made a few years, and is bound to become a rarity. (Old case, old bracelet and clasp, but parachrom hairspring, 3186 caliber, engraved rehaut, SEL.)
To my surprise, she bought it off me, albeit for a ridiculous price, which gave me a green light for a Sub C.
That way it stays in the family and I get a Sub again after many years
.
Couldn't be happier!
