You probably won't need to wait that long I suspect.

But more surprising than that is that Hong Kong alone buys more Swiss watches than the US by a huge margin, and that figure is from before before the Chinese started pouring over the border in their thousands, a significant percentage with hundreds of thousands of dollars to spend on luxury products. Yet Hong Kong does not have the Sea Dweller yet I believe.

What I'm saying is I suspect Rolex have a plan, and I think they have thought it through.

That's surprising though that the SDc hasn't hit the Hong Kong or Chinese market yet. Based on the roll-out so far, it seems like Rolex is shipping it out to high volume ADs. And as you mentioned, HK/China is a major market for Rolex...all one needs to do is look at the number of ADs in HK.

Kinda curious about their plan...
