That's a beauty, love those silver dial versions.

Take care if you’re going to look for one as they’re not that plentiful and all the parts are widely faked now. You’re quite likely to find them with fake dials.

The price of them has gone a bit bonkers too. Spencer just sold a resist version for $2500 :(

Are all the months indicated by Roman Numerals? Your watch is stunning.

Interesting. He tried totally lowballing me on my totally original Proof/Proof 6139-6000 and it really put me off. I used to be a fan. Goes to show he does actually know what they're worth!

He certainly knows what they’re worth and it seems people are willing to pay a premium for his watches for sale, you’ve only got look at his “watches for sale” section on his website to see that.

How much was the offer? Yellow dial?

Blue dial, second month of production, JDM with kanji date wheel. He offered $300 and said "those ones aren't worth much." I sold it here in the forum shortly later for $1100.

Ouch, can’t get a lot in the way of a 6139-600x for $300 these days. Even later, faked up trash over here sells for that.

Yeah, I was offended, TBH. Careful out there! Anyway, I feel like I'm hijacking the thread now. Sorry guys!

Jeez that is beautiful. I really want a silver dial, but considering what they cost now and how many bad ones are out there I'll probably just settle for a blue dial. A 6030 would be nice too, but they're getting expensive also.

They still come up occasionally. There was a tired one on eBay the other day for £450, I almost bought it as I could have serviced and relumed it & it’d look a different watch with a bit of love.

I like the blue dials though, I wouldn’t worry about just “settling for blue” as it’s preferable to my yellow dial as a wearer. Certainly gets more wrist time

Here’s mine

I do have a coke 6030 too but haven’t got round to servicing that one yet. I’d had the silver Pogue many months until I squeezed it between everyone else’s services last week!

That's another beaut! Agreed on the blue vs. yellow dial. I considered the yellow for a brief period since it's different from anything else I own, but figured it wouldn't get the proper wrist time since it's really yellow.

I definitely prefer the silver dial, they're just too hard or expensive to find in the condition I want.

I'm just torn between the blue and black dial right now. From what I've seen the black dial 6030s are considerably omre expensive than a blue pogue.

Should I buy a NOS 6002 Blue dial for $1700... or put down the crack pipe? It's so mint, it's been serviced prior to this sale and everything else I've seen out there is shoddy at best.

If you like it buy it, a properly serviced watch can make it an almost new one.
