32xx movement problem poll and data thread
Okay my 126200 which I have had many issues first purchased sept 2019. Same process wait 24 hours measure then full wind and wait 15 mins and measure. Note this watch hits 280s immediately after full wind.
It’s running about 2.5s on the wrist and love it’s current settings. When new and after first warranty it was doing 0 on the wrist. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

(1) Full winding #1, then no measurement. (2) Wait 24 hours, then measure 5 positions. (3) Full winding #2, wait 15 min, then measure 5 positions Why do you use this sequence? It needs two full caliber windings. Is your watch all time (24 hours) at rest after the first winding? How long is your stabilisation time after each position change? How long is your measurement time in each position? Would be good to add X and D to your table. |

For efficiency, I can do the watch in one session. 30 seconds stabilisation. 30 seconds measure. I don’t know what you mean by X and D. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Yeah okay next time. I won’t be doing this for awhile again but must say it has been very interesting. I assumed they all behaved the same position wise and all you needed to see was du to know what the watch is doing. In saying that for the issue we’re detecting I think it does get pretty obvious just seeing du. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Hi to all gurus. Recently just bought a 126610LN. Have placed it in a winder where the watch is facing you when u look at the winder. Winder is a standing type. So for 24hrs, by using eyes to see, I noticed a -1 s/d. I have tested it for 2 days. Still monitoring. Should be alright ? But I have to give a thumbs up for 3135 movement. I have it on the winder too for 1 week. The accuracy is as good as -0 s/d using eyes. Just want to share my experience. :)

Is it dial up, dial down, 3 up, 6up, 9up, 12up? Or does the movement orientation depend on the winder rotation? I also don't see what you learn from this test. |

I brought mine into my AD and they are sending back to Rolex. I sure hope it is fixed with no long term issues. Do not expect to see it for 8-10 weeks.

Did the AD measure your watch with a timegrapher (as a quick analysis) or did you receive any other useful information? |

So, are the newer 12 series (i.e, late 2021 and beyond) free of these supposed issues?

As the issues generally show up after a year we don’t know yet. I have a 3230 that will hit the one year mark soon. Let see how it goes. The issue with it though is it went in for warranty on a non amplitude related issue it when I got the watch back what started it’s life as a +2 per day returned as a +6. It was a Feb purchase but got it back May? Not sure how to treat it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I just picked up a 124060 from the AD last week. Seems to be around -1 a day resting dial up. Since there’s not much data here for the 3230 caliber I’ll do some experiments with resting positions and post what I find. I don’t have a timegrapher but I do use a watch tracking app so I’ll post that info in a few days.

No issue for my new 126610LV. I have it for 40 days -0.02sec/day. I can prob regulate it by laying down flat for a couple of day.

124060 (3230) purchased new October 2020. Don’t have amplitude, but many timing run results below. If I’m not wearing it, it’s resting dial up. The timing runs that are slower are periods where I have worn it more. I find that it slows down the more fully wound it is. For example, anything around - 2spd was when I’ve worn it for several days in a row, including to sleep.

My October sub just did this. I’m super concerned. If this 2021 sub shows issues I’m out until 33xx turns up. If this one goes bad I’m 3 from 7.

Your data don't (yet) indicate any issue IMHO, but I see the trend. You own seven 32xx watches? |

I’m monitoring but this is how my dj and ym began to show their issues at the start. No wearing pattern change but timings start to dip… for the sake of everyone I really hope 2021 watches don’t have these issues but if they do I’m out. Daytona or nothing. Sorry 6 at one point. The purchase dates (2021) of your watches do NOT indicate the fabrication date of your 32xx movements!
