tourbillon skeleton will be more limited than the 222 - the craftmanship required is totally another level and skillset.

It's easier to get a 222 than the TSO.

The skeley tourb is listed at 126k euro for the titanium and 147k euro for the pink gold on https://monochrome-watches.com/vache...ands-on-price/

Is the price different based off of different currencies?

I don't have an extensive purchase history with Vacheron, however I informed my SA to add me on the list for the tourbillon skeleton a day before watches and wonder when I came across a cached page filled with urls, and in there I saw ".../brands/vacheron-constantin/overseas/overseas-tourbillon-skeleton..."

Having been split between the 6000v blue and the AP open worked, I knew (even before seeing) this release, it would be the best of both worlds and surely did VC not dissapoint.

However was very torn chosing between the titanium and pink gold when my SA asked the next morning

Wonder what does it really mean when the SA added your name to a "list" I beleive that VC boutique used to be quite transparent with how the list is managed but not sure if the recent rise in popularity have changed anything. My SA seemed to be genuine on having my name on the list and I hope I have a real shot at it since I will be rearranging my purchase plan significantly to plan for this purchase. Same as you, I don't have a significant purchase history with the boutique but have started to appreciate its products.

The term specifically used in my case was "registry" rather than "list".
I recently had the 7900v blue delivered this winter, deposit paid last summer w/ no wait list, and told it would be a half a year wait w/ delivery in q4. In-between this period, I have been offered the 6000v blue which I declined, and have been waiting for allocation of the qp skeleton.
I've continue to show my interest for the 4500v ss blue and was told it's not even possible to get on the "list". Out of all the other brands I collect and continue to show my interest for, I feel my experience with VC has been the most genuine and transparent.
Perhaps i'm a hopeless fool and overly optimistic, but I am very confident in the allocation of either qp skeleton / tourbillion skeleton at some future date, only time will tell

Does anyone know the price of the 222 and Tourbillion Skeleton Titanium/Pink Gold in USD?

The boutiques knows how many they are getting in each colour this year and the production numbers.

A blue 4500v is going to be a lot easier than the 6000V/110T-B935.

222 is $62500
TSO in titanium is $146000
I think the rose gold is $170000 but I did not ask

I actually is expecting a 4500V blue this year or early next year. But I think either the 222 and the Openwork Tourbillion will be a lot of limited than the steel Overseas

I still find Overseas tourbs to be incredible value (relatively) in Tourbillon land when compared to AP or Patek and the new skeleton tourb continues that trend.

Sure it’s unobtanium but on an msrp vs msrp basis, it’s very good value

VC had a tremendous release overall. At one point people were questioning their place among the holy trinity. Looks like doubters have been largely silenced.

It's fair. Though, I'll be honest, all they did is skeletonize a dial and change the color of an already skeletonized watch such that the visible subdials are blue.

I'd say their other pieces were more impressive, and they're getting minimal coverage.

(I put in an order for the Master Grande Tradition Caliber 948 Worldtimer.)

Overseas waitlist

Hi all! I was curious to hear about waitlist times for the overseas blue dial. I have fell in love with this watch and wanted to hear from the community on experience with getting the watch. I can imagine it’s extremely long. Thanks for your input.

There’s a lot of blue dialed overseas. Which one you referring to?

At this point you have to go gray. They say 10 years but that basically means you're never getting it. Either that or be prepared to spend enormous amounts of money to cut in line.

The sales rep I spoke to said there is a genuine queue, and that they stick to it religiously. Not saying that there isn’t queue cutting at all, but it’s definitely not common

Very interesting. I put my name on the list a year ago but haven’t heard back. Might be worth checking back in. I just don’t want to be pushy!

Did you put down a deposit? I had a deposit since last January but I guess demand and supply are way off. Just curious what's the longest someone had a deposit down for.

I cannot tell you specifically for the blue dial - but for the black dial:

600 People signed up, and they receive 12 pieces per year. 95% pick up rate. Source: SA Geneva I went to W&W with.

If you are not a VVIP, you basically can't get a blue 4500 at retail, ever, and the ship has sailed. It is boutique only and from the sound of it they are many months behind on customers that placed actual orders 12+ months ago (when it was actually available).

Production is EXTREMELY low. As mentioned above, 1 per month per boutique would probably be optimistic. And I don't know how long the list is, but the general interest list at this point is probably in the 1000s for blue.

if you put a deposit down you should have your watch within 12 months of the deposit. If you have not received it yet I would call your sales rep. If no valid reason kick up a fuss. Thats bang out of line given the time-value you have lost.

FWIW, I've had a deposit on a Black 4500v w/ the NY Boutique since early May of 2021. I know some have certainly received shorter waits, but I've got to think if I'm almost a year on the Black, some blue waits are going to be very very long.

Sadly about 2 years ago right when Covid started, an AD offered me the Blue 4500v and I passed as I was unsure about life in the pandemic..... Such a terrible call.

I was very fortunate to pick mine up literally a week before the lockdown in March 2020. It only took 1.5 months for me back then. Looking back, what luck!

I've also have a deposit down since May 2021 at VCNY, but for a blue dual time. The initial estimated delivery was by the end of 2021.

I have a feeling the waits will be longer given the whole Cory Richards release last year. That was 300 Overseas in one shot, and I have to imagine that took / is taking production capacity away from the other Overseas.

I think it's more your location.

In other markets you'd likely of picked up the DT
