New member (UK)

Hi everyone,

I recently signed up to the forums and wanted to introduce myself.

Jamie from the UK.

I recently picked up my warranty card a year after purchasing a stainless steel Submariner.
I researched the purchase for maybe 4 years and was on a list for a year and a half to 2 years before finally landing one.
There is fun to be had in the hunt and sometimes when you finally have what you were looking for it can be an anti-climax. Not in this case! It is a joy every time I look down at my wrist.

My name is now on the lists for the black dial and white dial Daytonas, but they said 10 to 20 years, so.....yeah.

I also have a Pre-Bond Omega Seamaster bought by my Dad in the early 90s and subsequently given to me on my 21st birthday.

Cheers,
Jamie
