The pearl or pip keeps falling out of the bezel. Where does one buy the pearl and how is it best installed ?

If the pearl is falling out, something is the wrong size or damaged. Before buying a replacement pearl, you might want to determine where the problem lies. For example, aftermarket parts don't always fit well.

Or you could just glue it in and move on.
