Show Me Your GMT/Subs with a Band

Greetings and Happy-almost-Turkey Day,

Any of you have your GMT or Submariner on (non-rolex) bands (leather, nylon, or otherwise)? Do you prefer the bands to the bracelet for any particular reason - comfort, look, etc?

I'd love to see pictures.

Here ya' go, Lauren.
Bracelets are my favorite if I had to choose but natos make for endless variety and comfort.
And Happy Thanksgiving to you,

You'll like David's straps. Didn't notice any difference between his and the best natos sold in the UK except for lower price and obviously faster delivery.

Yup. $12 each.

Wish I had a no date Sub as well. That way I could keep one sub on bracelet and one on NATO! I think I may put the Seamaster on NATO too. Not liking my Zulu style as much as the NATO with the different buckle set up.

I also have a velcro strap from gasgasbones.com on the way. Will put the Speedy Pro on that.

Those gasgasbones are very nice.
I just ordered a one piece rubber strap from Divestraps in London. Typically haven't warmed up to rubber straps but this design has me intrigued.

Oooh lah lah Dan!

Thank you so much. Stunners. Is that a blue sharkskin strap I spot in pic #2? Hmmmmm waterproof??? :) Awesome texture.

I also like the plain black on the GMT with black bezel - classic. That's the watch I have and I was thinking gray nylon or leather, hmmm or sharskin....

I love my 2009 sub on the rubber dive band. It adds strength to the overall watch. Thanks for the thread, good topic, Mike.

Thanks, Lauren. It's embossed leather to look like shark but that's cool with me, but not waterproof.
You might want to try a light gray nato. They seem to look great on everything.

From what I've read, yes. Sure liked that scent on an Oris TT1 I used to own.

So I'm leaning towards getting a gray NATO band or something similar now... Very nice.
