Comparison pics of Different Movements?
Does anyone have any material explaining the movements for different models/years, comparing them which is picture heavy? Or links to webpages containing this information. Like for a layman to start out learning.. I've just recently found out how an automatic watch actually works from a vid link on TRF. Thanks whoever posted that!. Sure I knew that a spring was charged via wrist movement but I didn't know the basic components involved. As well as me, I'm sure there are a good few other people who are in this position on here who would like to learn more. Any help would be great. Cheers!

Watchtime magazine published a book with all kinds of movements including Rolex 3135, Daytona etc.
Picture heavy but not a ton of detail. Try watchtime.com...you may still be able to get it. |
