JLC Jaeger-LeCoultre 140.8.69 / Q1408420 Master Control Date 37mm with booklets

For sale is an excellent condtion 37mm stainless steel Jaeger LeCoultre Master Control. The 140.8.69 / Q1408420 originally left the factory sometime between the 1990s and early 2000s, and is accompanied by its original manuals and booklets. In addition, the JLC is accompanied by a complementary unworn Hide & Alloy strap of the buyers choosing, which is fully compatible with the OEM deployment buckle.

The Jaeger features a polished steel case, which is accented by a fixed smooth polished steel bezel. The JLC is mounted on a black alligator strap, which is secured by an adjustable OEM steel deployment buckle. The Master Control features a silver sunburst dial with applied polished white gold hour markers, polished white gold Dauphine style luminous hands, and a date window aperture at 3 o’clock. The movement used in the 140.8.69 is the JLC Caliber 899/1, which features approximately 38 hours of power reserve.


Condition:
Overall the JLC is in excellent condition, with the only sign of previous wear being some faint surface level hairline scratches on the watch’s high polish accents, which are consistent with careful wear.
