Icon4 LOST: 18k Yellow Gold Day-Date Rolex

Hello,

Just wanted to post that my Dad recently lost his Rolex O.P. Day-Date , fluted bezel, 18k yellow gold Rolex Watch. The bracelet was an 18k yellow gold Super President with a Small Black Roman Dial.

The watch was lost in Victoria, BC on 05/25/11 on Government St., between Pandora Ave. and Fisgard St. (Chinatown)

Two years prior, the same watch fell off his hand at dinner and into his lap. It was taken into a Rolex dealer for the spring bar to be replaced. I am afraid the same thing must have happened again
The watch is highly sentimental to him and had a special engraving on the back.

Rolex has been notified as well as some of local pawn shops. If anyone sees a Rolex similar to what I have just described being sold online or anywhere for that matter, please feel free to contact me with the link.

Many thanks!

You may want to elaborate on the "special engraving" and post a picture if you have one.

Perhaps this is a good time to remind everyone to document your watches! Weird things happen…

The "special engraving" is just a sentimental engraving on the back which I will use for verification if someone has seen it, so therefore will not provide what it says. Thanks!

You can use the serial number for verification. Many watches are engraved so unless you tell us what to look for, we aren't going to be of much help. Hope you recover the watch.
