breguet/piaget or patek

Which would you choose if you could only have a) or b). I'm more of a wear less watches more often, and am leaning towards b) but both watches of a) seem too interesting to pass up.
a) the Breguet Tradition 7067 and the Piaget Altiplano Chronograph

or

b) Patek 5960p

The Piaget is a very distant third regardless of your first and second preference.

The Breguet. Amazing finishing quality, movement design, and history behind it.

The finishing on PP is a lot worse.

Go used btw. Will be 20k - 24k

I agree with the "fewer watches worn more often" approach. Option b would clearly be my choice. Platinum case, annual calendar and a chronograph? Awesome combo in my opinion

All three are cool watches but I would go with the PP. One piece, classic to me and would stick with the theme of wearing one more than rotating through two watches.

I’d choose the Patek easily then look into a preowned Breguet tradition at a great deal. Those 2 are a great duo.

Breguet is an amazing value in the secondary market. That'd be my choice without hesitation. Piaget is neutral. Patek Philippe timepieces are still correcting in lowering pricing so wait another 6 months and see where that market settles may be your best bet.

The Breguet is truly an amazing timepiece.

Breguet lovely, PP is PP but the Piaget looks cheap with subdials squashed in the middle! .

Third option would be add the Breguet and keep the extra cash you would have spent on the Piaget. That would probably be the route I'd go but I'm also biased as a 7067 owner.

I do love that 5960P though and relative to so many other pateks it's pretty solid value on the secondary getting a platinum annual calendar chrono for about the same price as a 5167A.

I like the Patek the most, but I am a big fan of the tradition series.

Absolutely agreed. Breguet is such a phenomenal value in the secondary market. I'm very tempted to buy one
