shattered glass on rolex day date president

Has anyone had the problem of a shattered glass, it was accidentally hit by a belt buckle. I live in rural france where can I obtain a spare from please

If you've shattered your crystal, you should have your watch serviced by a Rolex service center or a Rolex authorized watchmaker.
It's possible small pieces of it have moved their way into the movement and could cause problems. Not to mention the impact could have been harmful to some of the fragile pieces of the movement!
Have it checked out and a replacement installed is my advice!

If you have any reason to believe that shattered glass found there way into the movement you might want to pull the crown all the way out to prevent further potential damage.

And stop the watch! Pieces of glass will do a lot of damage in the movement when it's running.
