Icon5 I receive no email notifications from the forum whatsoever (not using hotmail)

Hi guys as mentioned above I receive no emails from the forum whatsoever. It's really frustrating as I am trying to get more involved in the threads and then I have to manually click through subscribed folders.

I have gmail and apple mail I have tried both and checked all my spam folders etc but I fear they are simply not being sent to me! Also tried daily notification instead of instant but it still doesn't help me, any ideas?

Anything at all would be greatly appreciated!!!

I'm sure someone will be along to help you out but don't really understand the problem. If you open up your UserCP any subscribed thread that has had new replies will be in boldface and listed right there. Seems easier than going through your emails to find out which threads have had activity in them since your last visit to them.

Hi T.ferguson thanks for the reply yes I understand what you are saying with going to userCP and seeing new activity in bold but I personally find it much easier to keep on top of things with email updates for example when someone quotes your post and asks you a question back you can see it straight away.

It just frustrating as I know it's an option so I am clearly just missing something!

Cheers

Unfortunately, you are not the only one suffering this problem. A number of other members, including some of the mod staff, have this problem. At the moment, there does not seem to be a solution.
