Wait, are you guys trying to say that the fact he has an 8.5 x 11 paper that says "appraisal" doesn't alleviate all of your concerns? What a mistrustful group....LOL

Thankfully only 18 hours to go and not a single bid so hopefully people would stay far away. If I went through the expense of having an appraisal performed I would certainly list the name of the company that offered the appraisal.

Not to say that some guys aren't clever, but we sure are lucky a lot of these scammers aren't more intelligent.
