Great Fall Watch

The patina looks great against the beautiful fall color background! 3 years of Patina. I love how this has aged!

That's nice looking patina ! Love when they end up with that grey tone. Cheers to many more years of enjoyment.

Here I thought a great fall watch was the one that took the blame for the others.

Thanks! It’s nice and even patina too…I live in the Great Lakes region so no salt air, but plenty of humidity for the patina to develop slowly

Looks great. Yeah bronze watches definitely are a nice fit for the fall season. This one is a year or so old with very pleasant patina.

I was actually very close to buying the watch you are wearing, but it was just a touch bigger than I wanted at the time. Looks great on that rubber strap by the way. Rubber B?

Yes, Rubber B. The watch was good on the factory leather; but I didn’t wear it as much as I thought I would because the watch head is heavy and it didn’t sit great with the Tudor leather. But the Tudor leather started falling apart around the 2 year mark. Literally falling apart, keepers first. Decided on the Rubber B and the watch went from good to Amazing. The watch head sits better. More comfortable. This is how Tudor should sell it!

My vote for a fall watch would be a Rolex GMT rootbeer. That would be the only Rolex GMT I would pursue if I didn't already have a Pepsi...regardless of season.

While not a Root Beer (I am one of the minority that do not care for the GMT Masters, Submariner , or Daytona) I do love two tone. Here is my Rose Gold Fall watch although I can never get the ever rose to pop in a picture like it does in person!

Yeah, I'd include that in the mix, for sure. I had a Rolesor Explorer. I have a TT Daytona that would be up for the season, too. I don't dislike the YM, just uneasy about the somewhat delicate nature of the matte bead-blasted bezel to get easily scratched. Regardless, that particular YM is a looker, indeed.

Thanks! The polished center links are micro scratched like crazy, but the bezel has held up surprisingly well, although it will hurt a bit the day it happens lol!
