Incoming: Tudor Black Bay Chronograph Blue

I saw the new Tudor Black Bay Chronograph Blue at the introduction a few days ago and really like it. I immediately contacted my AD and was told, as was released by Tudor, that this is a Boutique only watch. So I called my Boutique and was allocated one. It arrived yesterday and I am more than impressed with the watch. Specifically the color, such a nice shade of blue. The Five Link Bracelet is very nice and the adjustability in the clasp makes for a perfect fit every time. I also own the Black, White and Pink dial versions of this watch. I have ordered the Five Link bracelet for my other two Chronographs as well as my Opaline GMT. To say I am a fan is an understatement. I own three Omega Speedmasters, the 1861, the 3861 Black Sapphire and the 3861 White Dial. I don't think any of those are on the block yet but you never know. For now I will just enjoy wearing them.

Gorgeous watch, William! It really is a beauty. That's a stellar Tudor Chronograph collection, my friend.

As you already know I bought the 5-Link w/ T-Fit clasp for my BB GMT. What a game changer that bracelet is. Could not be happier.

Congrats again!

Just out of interest, what’s your favourite acquisition of 2024 and your favourite of all time? I ask as you have probably experienced more than most first hand.

Thank you for all the kind words. I was still in the Honeymoon phase with the Pink Dial when the Blue Dial was announced. I have had several Blue dial Breitling Navitimers in both 43mm and the 46mm with a similar color dial but I prefer this Tudor. I also had the Omega Speedmaster Tokyo Blue which was similar but once again I prefer the Tudor. If I had to cull the collection right now and choose between the Omega Speedy's and the Tudors it would be the Tudors hands down. But that is a decision I don't have to make, so for now, I will keep them all.

Congratulations William! Great collection of modern era Tudor Black Bay chronos. Every one except the first variation with the stainless steel bezel.
