Loupe, changing straps, spring bars...

Just started changing straps and getting better at it, but as a senior, seeing the lugs, vision is somewhat tricky for me. I would like to try a loupe or perhaps some super magnifying glasses designed for working on small things. Any suggestions as to what loupe would be good, a hands free type? Any other suggestions are welcome! Thank you!

Never had a need for anything but these two:

Donegan OptiVISOR LX Binocular Magnifier-Lensplate #4 Magnifies 2X At 10" Focal Length
(This is the more versatile one)

Donegan DA-10 OptiVisor Headband Magnifier, 3.5x Magnification, 4" Focal Length
(This one for close-up inspection)

Google or Amazon search them.

If you seeking something under $10, at Wal*Mart and most pharmacies they have those 4x and higher magnification reading glasses. The 4x is fine most of the time, yet higher magnification helps with some reeeeally small screw stuff.

Be sure you have good lighting.

I had the same problem.. bought a head mounted magnifier on Amazon for $30 and it’s amazing. You can adjust the magnification with different lens, and it has a built in light..

I ordered this one just before your response and will stay with it, the cheap price seemed appealing. If no good, I'll get the one you recommended, thank you! https://www.amazon.com/Beileshi-Magn...p?ie=UTF8&th=1
