Rolex Day Date President 40MM & 36MM - good buy?

Hi, I walked into one of Rolex's stores in EUROPE, and they have this 2 DAY DATE to offers, and I have 10 hrs to let them know.

Is it hard to get or so so, and as far as investment, is this good?
I'm getting 14% tax back as well..

OYSTER PERPETUAL DAY-DATE 40 IN 18 CT WHITE GOLD WITH A BRIGHT BLUE DIAL, DIAMOND-SET BEZEL, AND A PRESIDENT BRACELET

PRICE: 40MM is 50K USD FINAL - after tax back and everything

DAY-DATE 36 IN 18 CT WHITE GOLD, WITH A WHITE MOTHER-OF-PEARL, DIAMOND-SET DIAL, DIAMOND-SET BEZEL AND A PRESIDENT BRACELET.

PRICE: 36 is USD 47.500 - FINAL - after tax back and everything

ADVISE will be appreciated,

BUY BOTH OR PASS BOTH?

40mm Day-Date is the GOAT of Rolex watches, imho. I'd go for champagne or silver dial myself but the blue is a stunner too.
