Looking to add…

Looking to add either the YG GMT on jubilee or the Skydweller jubilee, green dial… any thoughts?

YG GMT is a lot of watch. Not sure about the Skydweller green dial?!

I prefer the look of the gmt. And sizing could be a factor as the sky dweller is a larger case size. I haven’t seen a full YG GMT outside of the Rolex configurator.

I like that 116718 YG with that green dial, just delicious however that RG blue dial is a real beauty. There is always that meteorite Pepsi. Either or for me.
Try them on and see what works for you.

I recently saw the new yellow gold gmt on jubilee in Rome Airport and tried it on…..let’s put it this way. I have emailed everyone I know that can source me one. It’s on the hit list as we speak. It has incredible presence but at the same time is tastefully classic and retro

Two watches I really like but I've never had a toss up between SS and Gold before when choosing a watch, so I presume you are leaning more towards one metal than the other and I'd go for that.

Unless you meant the Green/blue RG SkyD in which case get that one, an absolute corker.

Just me, but I find the all YG watches TOO much bling. The SS mint dial sky dweller is breathtaking, saw it in person recently. Just me though...

You couldn't go wrong with either, that's for sure.

For me, it would depend on what else is in the collection.

If I didn't have a GMT I'd be adding the GMT Master. If I already had a GMT Master I would add a Sky Dweller. I've never met a Sky Dweller I didn't love but the GMT Master is the iconic legend of the two. In the fullness of time they would both be worth having in a collection.

I’m with Nicholas on this one … I’ve never handled the new GMT/Jublilee gold but have to say in pictures it looks as fantastic as Nick described.

For me the gmt is a bit small. SD is a great size. Unless you are in the middle and both would look good on the wrist you might feel the same or the opposite. Both are great choices. For me the green on the SD is just not that great. The blue is super though.

SkyDweller for sure, if your wrist can handle it.
