I’m in the UK so has to source a pre owned one. Very glad I did.

Resizing the bracelet is, make no bones about it, tricky due to very very small screws. That’s the only drawback on an otherwise perfect watch. It may be the ‘Autumn’ edition but I’ll be wearing this one all year

Gorgeous! Congrats.

How does the absence of lume affect you?

I feel like that’s the only thing holding me back from one of these as I am often in low light conditions, and wear my watches at night often as well.

It’s not a ‘sports’ watch, so if you want lume, look somewhere else. But I think your missing the point of this model in the GS range. I own Rolex, Omega and Panerai and I’ll wear them if I want lume. This is a sporty looking piece no doubt but it’s higher end watch making your buying in my opinion. I had a JLC ultra thin moon and a Patek annual calendar once; the lume on these dressier watches was so thin as to be pointless. Well done to GS for not bothering and spending the money on well finished hands.
What I can tell you is that the polishing on the hands and contrast to the dial, give you as good as legibility as your gonna get from a non-lume watch. Also, who’d want not to see the dial? It’s sort of the attraction.
Good luck whichever you choose.

Changing it onto a brown strap really lifts the ‘autumn’ off the dial!
