DD40 228238 replacement Dials

I am the unfortunate situation that I would like to replace the dial on a YG DayDate 40 ref 228238, but its from year 2020, so Rolex will not sell me a replacement dial until next year when the watch turns 5. (At least that is the rule in Europe as I understand)

My question - are there reputable dealers that sells such dials or how would you advice me to source the relevant dial? (Looking for a silver stick dial, have a silver roman dial in case relevant)

Thanks

I have had some luck on eBay with dials for Rolex watches. There are some reputable dealers who have OEM dials. Remember to make sure you have the right hands also and someone who can do the install. Good luck.

just had this done on a DJII, the rule in the states is they can switch it to any dial that was available on the specific reference the year it was made, about $600 all in, don't know about the 5 yr rule

It could be a warranty issue?

If there's something wrong with your dial and you want the same dial, Rolex with replace it now. However, they will not swap the dial to something different until it's out of the warranty period. That is worldwide, not just Europe.
