Can I see some Rolex "Safe Queens"?

I really appreciate good art work and have been lucky to have found and purchased a few outstanding pieces. I can also appreciate a Rolex, an untouched example, in pristine condition, simply for its artist qualities.

These mechanical wonders to me, are the same, beauty to the beholder!

Can anyone share their Rolex art?

If you're not of the same opinion and only prefer only a well worn piece, that's cool too. But for save that for another thread, OK?

+3. Perfection from imperfection.

I'm not sorry though.

I think you would have better luck in the vintage sub-forum.

Most people in general buy to wear, while many in the vintage forum buy to collect.

Very nice.

Out of curiosity what keeps you from wearing it?

I like the OP’s question - there is beauty in a well-kept safe queen.

But please allow me a word of caution.

If you are showing a large collection, make sure your pics’ EXIF data has been scrubbed/sanitized/edited to remove any location data...just saying stay safe out there...

Except for the few Hockey Pucks above that just couldn't resist , thanks you guys, for those virgin shots!!! That's exactly what I was hoping to see!

I could easily join this group and just admire them, for their beauty!

Just gorgeous!

No safe queens but I certainly try hard and have wrist awareness so I don’t beat my watches too badly! My DSSD is 5 years old and I wear it a lot...

This is a cool thread. Thanks for starting it. As much as I don’t like the idea of a safe queen myself, it’s a real concept in the Rolex collector world and seeing what people are squirreling away is cool.

Keep 'me coming guys, this is a cool thread.

Sadly, I’ve got nothing to add. All my watches get worn regularly

It can be difficult not to have safe queens once you own enough watches.

I have watches in the safe. But they’re no queens. They all get wrist time. Some more than others. But time they all do get.
