No way you will get $5k back trading in on a new TT Sub. The BLNR and TT Sub are pulling about even money in the secondary market. You would be lucky to get a even trade at best at a AD.

This isn't from an AD - I have a private buyer who is offering to buy the batgirl at 22k

Deal seems good - think it’s personal taste - I prefer the GMT so wouldn’t do the trade - sure many would.

In normal times the two tone are easier to get. I would wait it out personally and not trade the GMT.

What? You should get money back. I had the bluesy 3 times, tried to make it work, couldn’t stand the blue dial in the light, it was very light blue, neon. Also the bluesy is way easier to get compared to the GMT. Have the batgirl now and to me it feels like an upgrade. Also the Batgirl is selling for 25k online and the bluesy is same or less.

I would do this for the Bluesy. But I'm a huge Sub fan.

I personally don’t like the bluesy and would much rather have the BLNR on jubilee

Just bank the $22K, the bluesy is hideous.

Anything to get away from the Batgirl moniker. Any pics of the new bluesy? They used to be a cool piece! What people talking bout?

Why do you have to sell the batgirl to buy the sub? They are two totally different watches??

Is this even serious? Not everyone has an endless pot of money just for watches.

I would totally do it, I much prefer the blue TT Sub to the GMT BLNR.

I second this motion! I like the bluesy, and would own one if money were limitless for watch collecting, but the BLNR on a jubilee is a gorgeous, way more versatile piece that can dress up and be part of a suit and tie as easily as fit with shorts and a t shirt on a morning coffee run. Just my humble opinion since it’s the next watch going in my collection.

Agree with this, unless you really like the bluesy, the BLNR is more versatile, but 5k your way is not bad!

Very different watches, BLNR is a great daily watch, the Bluesy not so much more of a fun weekend or holiday piece imho. If you don’t like the BLNR just get the cash…

I agree the BLNR is a versatile watch the Bluesy not as much . If your happy with your transaction then do it . I probably would not . Good luck !

Which one make you smile most when you put it on? Bluesy will get attention and is a bit flashy, if that’s not your thing then don’t do it.

I am not a fan of the bluesy, and I absolutely love my BLNR.

So, IMO, don't do it!!!!

The blnr does little for me, so I say yes. But as you can see from the responses, it is entirely down to personal taste.
