My 31mm TT DJ With Smooth Bezel
Hi everybody. Im new to TRF and this site is amazing. Lots of info. This is my 2nd Rolex. My ist one is also a 31mm with Gold Tapestry and stick markers DJ which I traded at Ben Bridge for this one way back 2005. My wife is also a rolex person and she wears an 18 KY presidents. Too much bling for me. Looks good on her though. The only watch that we both have the same and we bought it as his and hers is our Cartier (Santos). I have an Auto and she has quartz. Ever since I joined TRF Im inclined to get myself a SS Sub or SSDS. I have a very small wrist (6") and somehow the Sub or DS really looks soooooo big on my wrist. We'll see. BTW, I work in the kitchen and wears my DJ everyday to work. Its an all around watch.
And my small wrist!!!! |

Welcome aboard Michael!
Great watch. Its a classic and elegant watch. It looks great in wour wrist, though I know some fellow members would consider it a little small as per present day trend to big watches. I got a Date model, which is 34 mm, and do not think it looks small on my 6-3/4" wrist. Anyway, what is "big" or "small" is just a matter of personal taste. It looks great on your wrist, and makes you happy, and that´s really the important point. I like roman indexes very much in a watch, they give a classy look to the dial. Enjoy your Rolex as well as your Cartier, a fine time keeper too. Thanks for sharing! Regards, Abel

A very nice elegant watch with a beautiful white dial. I too have small wrists, 6 1/4" but I prefer the larger 40mm dials(the sports models). Even though I do not currently own a DJ it is a possible consideration for future purchase. Enjoy your new toy and wear in good Health!!!
