This is serial infringement of copyright and total fraud. He's actually claiming these POS are real too! He's advertising 56 counterfeit Rolexes as the real thing.

He needs to be thrown in jail not just having his auctions stopped...

Insane, stolen pictures from other sites and a description from another watch. A picture from a 1994 French certificate. And the statement that the watches are real plus deliberately placed in the wrong section

Lets face it folks, eBay doesnt care about what gets sold.

they have their list of banned things.

As long as they make their money they are happy. Dont forget they own Paypal also so they get a cut on both ends.

I have tried to report these guys before, and nothing happens.

So really I dont care anymore. If someone is stupid enough to buy one....good luck to them. Buyer beware.....
Rolex can easily stop this. Their fraud department can scan ebay, because everybody knows about ebay and they could stop it in an instant, but they dont. I guess they think imitation is the highest form of flattery.....
