If you could design your perfect PAM, what would it be?

For me, it would be a Historic case, 44mm Luminor; manual wind eight day movement with date at "3", no cyclops; running seconds at almost 9 with a 9 like the 312; with power reserve on either the front or the back.

IMO, they've already done it, multiple times, with the 360, 372, 203, and 294.

If they built the 386, it would be perfect!

I believe that the Panerai 312 is the most under rated Panerai out there and have everything I look for in a watch.

Sandwich
Seconds
Date
In House Movement
Display Back
44MM
Water Resistant to 300M

- 233 case and crystal
- 232 dial or a 372 dial with less dial dominating fonts.
- 372 hands.
- any in-house manual winding movement with 3- 8 days PR.

One can dream :-)

it'd be nice if the day/night indicator on the 233 was a moonphase

190 without the "8 Days" text?

111 with brushed case and polished bezel and crown guard, as well as quick strap change system? Plus, if it would look okay, smaller seconds hand allowing for a 9 on the dial?

44mm 372 with sapphire crystal and smaller font? Plus, no engraving at 6 o'clock. Plus, quick strap change system.

Bump....

Solid metal caseback (no saphire)... I do not like looking at their movements, + i prefer the way the metal feels against my wrist.

47mm 1950 case steel 8 day p2000 movement, black face, subdial, power reserve on the back 8 day giorni brevettato on the dial, basiclly a 203 with a p200 movement

with that though my collection would be complete

existing watches i'd like changed to make perfect

372 with white text rather then ecru
341 with gold hands
379 in red rather then pink gold

it would also be great if there was an option on plexi models to choose swap between plexi and sapphire crystal
