AP Coverage Service randomly deactivated from my account

One of my watches had the 2 year “AP coverage service” randomly deactivated after I received confirmation (via email) that it was activated after picking up.

My SA texted me randomly and notified me that it was not activated.

Picked up the 16202st in April and took the pic of the serial / case and the random number written down right at the boutique, and I got the email confirmation days later. This was a few months ago

I went on to my profile to activate it again today.

Anyone else had this happen to them?
