Approximate Value Question 1665?

Good people of TRF,
I was recently offered a Seadweller from 1971, with b/p, for around $16K.
I dont have photos, but can get them, just dont want to give the seller false hopes.
Any input from vintage experts?

Let's see pictures--A 71 1665 with box and papers in original/untouched condition sells for $30k -give or take a few thousand. $16k would be a steal---If you don't take it I will--send me all info asap!!
