Daytona 16520 L series

I m interested in this watch,it s a L 686XXX series.
Is the hand replacement?
Any comments on the dial too?

Shouldnt Ls have brushed center link, 4 lines of text and a different bezel? Looks more like a late N series.

Hands do look a bit off in color. Do only the hands glow?

Early Mk2 L's have 4 lines of text and Mk2 bezel. This is an MK3 later L with MK3 bezel and looks correct to me. The hands are replacements and clearly don't match.
