Le Mans White Gold

Do we know that it was discontinued as opposed to just going ‘off catalog’ like the Rainbow?

Evidently the yellow gold is “off catalog”

Good question, good thread. I believe the WG Le Mans was on rolex.com and then it was removed after WW. So it was assumed no longer in production, only made 9 months since released June of 2023, I wonder how many were actually made? Have not seen any YG Le Mans on chrono or in the grey market.

I am actively after either WG or YG, beggars cannot be choosers on the variant, will have to save and chase it in the grey market. I saw that DSW had WG for $289k for a few weeks and I followed its availability on a daily basis but then I suppose he sold it. European watch co currently has one for $269K.

It's still in the Rolex 2024 collateral.

But not on the website.
My guess is production is spoken for.

They tried to sell me it for £210 about six weeks ago, it may not be the exact same one ,

Fwiw the one with David SW has gone and another with David worthington on CHrono and EBay has gone . I have seen a couple of 2024 WG 126529s

The WG Lemans is probably an off catalogue now, and not discontinued. Rolex decided to make two variants WG, and YG and make them off catalogue for VIP clients in my opinion.

Lovely watch, an absolutely brilliant Daytona. However, the prices are clearly more akin to scarcity than actual value IMO.

Masterpiece! I believe that this dial and the reverse color could be used for the steel model in the future, perhaps even on a silver-colored base

The “baby le mans’ in white gold is a true panda but doesn’t have the ceramic or Newman accents but is a super great looking piece. My favorites”attainable’ Daytona.

It just seems that both WG and YG are in production but extremely limited.

I never had a grail and never thought I would consider paying over MSRP... before the Lemans. If they ever drop to the $150K range, it would be hard to resist and I would wear the crap out of it...

Le Mans White Gold

I was shown one at the ad last week. It was already paid for and yet to be picked up

I personally like the new platinum one better

Life is short buy the watch-

masterpiece! I like the idea of the visible calibre, to be able to appreciate its characteristics. I don't like the open case back on the platinum model because the caliber is nothing new. It makes no sense. The discontinued platinum weighs 282 grams, the new platinum weighs 270 grams, the discontinued ice dial has a deeper blue, and these two features make me prefer the old model.
