Day-Date questions

When did acrylic crystals go away on the Day-Date?

When did the lume balls disappear and the Roman numerals appers at the end of the markers?

How long has Florentine finish for the lugs been around?

Oh. Did it ever have lug holes? If so, when did they disappear?

My 1965 model 1803 YG DD does not have lug holes. I don't believe the DD ever had lug holes.

It also has an acrylic crystal. I believe the acrylic crystal went away around 1979 or 1980.

Hi,
My 1803 of 1973 has the plexi crystal.
IMO the saphire crystal DDs came from 1977.
