This is the cheapest 16600 on chrono.

Bracelet and clasp are definitely fake.
Looks like it has a maxi dial too. Fake.
Insert is fake.
Everything looks off.

Yes, does not look good. There is a "Report Suspicious offer" link at the bottom of the listing. I sent a report in. If you look at the sellers details there is no address listed. He also has 9 other watches listed. All look suspect. It looks like he already sold 1 watch also! All his photos are bad to hide details.
