Icon19 Are thin fonts fuchsia legit?

Hello everyone,

Fuchsia has been long debated here. My question is regarding its font size. Are thin fonts considered legit? I'll post a pic.

HAGW everyone!

Thank you!

yes.... It's the super fat fuchsias that should be questioned when claimed as genuine.

Look at the one below.

Ebay now sells some pretty nice fake fuchsias with most of the sellers admitting they are aftermarket inserts. Why don't you do some homework on ebay and let us know what you find out.

Thanks John, always! Indeed, just as you have stated.

I've never bought nor ir will buy from ebay unless is a post from a known and honest seller, of course.

That insert you showed is clearly fake. The triangle is wrong and where both colors meet at the 18, as far as I know the line should not cross both circles of the 8 through the middle. When it comes to recognizing them by characteristics, I can.

My query was font related.

I have no idea what you are referring to in your last post. The inserts that I posted in this thread are 100% genuine.

My comment to you was - go to ebay, look for the fuchsias for sale and find a seller selling fake fuchsias. When you do, compare it to the one you posted here. If they look the same, it isn't genuine and continue the hunt for a genuine insert.

Have you posted this at VRF? There are some experts on inserts there who usually will provide a very detailed answer to questions like this.

Color crossing points can be different on genuine inserts. That point should not be used to filter out aftermarket inserts.

Sorry John. I was wrong. Another member stated what you said.
