For sale is a pre-owned near mint condition 18 karat yellow gold and stainless steel Rolex Datejust. The 16233 is a S serial, circa approximately 1993, and is accompanied by box and papers. Included in the box and papers set are the outer box, a green leather wrapped inner box, and the original undated warranty paper. The Rolex features a brushed steel no holes case, which is accented by a fixed fluted 18 karat yellow gold bezel. The Datejust is mounted on a steel and yellow gold Oyster bracelet, which is secured by a deployant clasp. The Oyster bracelet contains 13 full size links, and sits loose on a 7.5 inch wrist. The Rolex features a champagne sunburst dial with applied polished yellow gold Roman numeral hour markers, gold tritium hands, and a magnified date window aperture at 3 o’clock. The movement used in the 16233 is the Rolex calibre 3135, which features approximately 48 hours of power reserve, and was COSC certified. The case on the 16233 presents beautifully and has stood the test of time well, with even thick and crisp lugs. The Oyster bracelet has also stood the test of time well, as the bracelet shows little to no stretch, would rate it 95% condition. In addition, the case still retains its original caseback sticker, and the bezel flutes are extremely sharp and crisp. Overall the Rolex is in near mint condition and is an extremely crisp and clean example of a 16233 no holes 36mm Datejust
