Montblanc ballpoint pen - Midsize
I recently bought a new ballpoint pen in platinum, the lately issue on midsize from Montblanac.
I'm not sure if I bought it in an authorized seller store so I wonder what is suppose to be written on the pen. If any one has an idea I would appreciate it very much if you could tell me whether the "pix" word is written on the pen. Thanks, |

Pix is typically found under the clip in the recess. You will have to turn the pen and have good light to see it.
Also, there are some variations / years / seasons where the word Pix is not found so that alone is not enough to determine authenticity. Post some photos so we can take a look.

Thanks, under the clip I have "made in Germany", the pen is quite a new model, I guess up to two years max. The "Pix" is not showing on the the ring. Should it be there for this pen? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

MB did stop putting Pix under the clip recently (when they resurrected the name for an entry level line of pens IIRC) so that really tells us nothing either way. The only way to be sure is to take the pen to a really experienced Authorized Dealer or Boutique.
