Also if you were trying or attempting to post a reply to an item in the for sales forum see the ***announcement*** in a sticky at the top of the for sales forum. (You need to send a personal message as replies are not permitted).

Sorry to revive an ooooold thread but I am having the same problem. I read the rules and qualifications and am still uncertain as to what is required from me.

Well you should have qualified now. Just make sure you follow the rules applicable to the for sales forum. They are stated at the top of the for sales forum in a number of stickies.
