Pepsi on a small wrist

Does anyone with a small wrist (6.3" or less) have a pic of the pepsi with jubilee on their wrist for size comparison? wondering what the lug overhang looks like

Here’s a pic of mine on 7” wrist. I think it would look too big on a 6.3
You might be able to get away with a 16710 - which is a pretty damn cool watch.

My SkyD is about as big as I would ever want to go, borderline too big.

What is the lug to lug distance?

My wife wore a 16710 for years and it looked fantastic.

Yeah, I have 7.25” wrists (actually a little bigger than that), and I think a SkyD is borderline too big for me too. I think a Submariner or GMT are perfect for me.

I suppose someone with 6.3” wrists could wear it though because when you look from a far, it might look really nice on them.

Mine is 6.5’ flat and one of my favourite that I wear often is DeepSea! Make your conclusions!

Beautiful BLRO

If you have a shot from further back it would be helpful for the OP to get a better sense of what it really looks like.

I don’t have a Pepsi but here’s a 47.5 mm Seiko on my 7 inch wrist. I think you can probably wear a Pepsi just fine on a small wrist. My petite wife wears men’s watches all the time including a 42 mm Panerai.

It’s really the lug you lug length that matters and if it’s not hanging over your wrist, your likely good.

Indeed. That’s really the beauty is that the watch is exceptionally proportioned for those with small wrists (I’m at like 6.5 inch) but the newer versions have the wrist presence for those with larger wrists.

I have both a 126710 and a 16710, as well as a 6.5 wrist.

Certainly the 126710 is a bolder watch — as part of its design. But, I am not sure the 16710 wears better than it, at least mine with SELs.

The Jubilee bracelet on the 126710 does not protrude much beyond its lugs, so it hugs the wrist very well — particularly on a slimmer wrist (after all, many ladies where the 126710s very well).

The 16710 is more svelte, but the versions with an oyster bracelet and Solid End Links (SELs) (I.e., circa 2000 and later), the end link extends the overall L2L. You can sort of see this in the pic I added below.

Additionally, the older oyster bracelets have more fixed links in them, so it can be hard to get a fit with the clasp well positioned.

There are no worries about removing links from the modern jubilee bracelets (or even oysters).

This is awesome. I imagine wrist area matters too for that lug to lug surface area

It's amazing every time someone ask about if a watch is too big for a small wrist, people with 7+ wrist will always say it is too big and folks with <7 will tell you it looks perfectly fine.

You could wear it. It’ll be to big though. A watch case that spans the entire width of someone’s wrist looks cheesy. A 36mm case will look perfect on your wrist.

Truth.

Guys with 7” to 7.25” wrists: “I’m not sure I can wear a SkyDweller.”

Guys with 6.25” to 6.5” wrists: “this 42mm Omega SMP 300 with a 50mm lug-to-lug size looks great on me.”

I have a 6.75'' wrist and not only wear the Pepsi, I wear the DSSD JC and the YMII without a problem.

Pepsi on a small wrist

I always check out how the watch looks on Tim from Wtachbox Review. Tim has a 16cm wrist and he tried on so many watches (33 - 45mm) everyday, here is the Pepsi review clip FYI:
