The page is correct.

There is no payment for entitlements here.
Access to buy, sell and trade is a discretionary entitlement granted to some members, not a contractual entitlement or an entitlement in exchange for payment.
Pledge Members make a 'donation', not a payment for entitlement/s.
Pledge members are not 'as of right' entitled to post items for sale.
