IMO there is no standard discount for a Breitling. I t would depend on the particular model you are interested in. Was it just released or was it just discontinued. There is no set discount per se and anyone who tells you differently is just boasting. I don't think you are going to get 30% off from an AD on a high demand model, but if you wait six months the pre-owned prices will surprise you!

I have received 25-30% for models in the case from two AD while out on vacation. I received a 35% discount on a three watch purchase, all were chrono watches, I might add about seven years ago.

A lot of it depends on how long the watch has been sitting / how desirable the watch is, similar to a car dealership. Similar to what 56scooter said.

For example some limited editions and harder to find models like back when they made the Gold bezel heritages wouldn't be discounted at all, they wouldn't even discount for employees.

If you want the watch, the discount really shouldn't matter. Just buy it!!!

10% is certainly doable. I was at a store Rolex shopping (back in the days when they had inventory) and the saleslady told me that all the Bs would be on sale the next day, at I think 30% off. It sounded like a distributor/manufacturer campaign, but who knows?

Depends on the model. I only got an amount equal to the tax (7%) off when i got my 806 re-edition.

Depends on the model - always compare it to the grey sellers and secondary market as a point of comparison.

You can get 50%+ off on the gray market... Breitling for
the most part doesn't retain any value.

The last time I was in a big mall AD they were really difficult over a 20% discount, despite me telling them the grey across the road had one for 35% off and I'm not a walk-in first time buyer. As resale is so bad I would go grey.

20% is good deal. Around 15% is standard. Maybe its outer town you can get more and also for unpopular models.

I would go on chrono24 and check the lowest price out. I personally would aim for 30-40% off, in Australia it is easy to get this sort of a discount from a multi brand AD.
