Is this a legit Tudor movement?

Found this movement inside a Tudor 7965 that dates to circa 1961.

I’ve poked around Google, and looked at Ranfft — no luck at all. Thought I’d see if the sharp eyes here can help.

So, wondering if it’s legit, and if so, if it’s period correct.

Thanks in advance, I appreciate any comments. I think I see a missing gasket...

Is a ref number stamped under the balance?

more photos

I'm No expert so thinking aloud, the watch is 60 years old which is reflected on the case corrosion and wear to the plating on the case, the movement looks incredibly clean in comparison to the Rotor - Oscillating weight.

I think more photos of the complete watch would be of use and wait for the experts to chip in, the best of luck,

Here is an imperfect picture of the dial. I don’t have pictures of the case, but it seems okay, with the right amount of wear and a personal engraving from 1962. I’ve seen this dial before, but only on Rolexes from that era (that I think were Canadian market?).

That is a crack in the crystal at 5 - 6, not on the dial. It is a low dome crystal. Strap is already swapped for the right size (19).

This watch is keeping time, but the motion isn’t good. I’m wondering about it so as to decide if it’s worth servicing, or, if it’s not correct, hunting around for the right one.

It’s legit. I have seen unstamped Tudor movements before in older dress watches such as this

Yes, Tudor 2461 I'd say as well but it does look in remarkable condition vs. the case!

Wouldn't say it was a 2483 and I don't think people are dressing up ETA 2452s are they?
