Patek 3802: certificate of origin question

Hi All, I recently purchased a patek 3802. The font on the certificate appears a bit unusual because it's different from other certificates and some of the fields are blank such as dial and it's in English. No concerns about the watch- it's in great shape.

The certificate looks genuine to me, but wanted to ask if you've seen papers in a different font than the norm? I have to believe the distributor or AD filled in the details?

Thanks for the reply and that's good to hear yours is identical.

Most certificates from this era have the details for the case, bracelet, dial, etc. printed in French and slanted/italicized text. I did see some other examples online where these details are printed in English and straight text and with the details of the dial missing like mine. By far, most are in the french italicized text.
