Any difference between speedmaster 3573.50 and 311.30.42.30.01.006

Except the box, straps and tools. Is there any different on the watch itself?

Others can chime in, but I believe the new version has screws versus pins on the links in the bracelet.

Yeah, the bracelet is the difference. The newer bracelet uses screw-caps to hold the pins between removable links (rather than friction-fit pins), and each individual link in the new bracelet is a bit longer than each individual link of the old one.

Many people think the new one is too heavy and bulky with no taper at the clasp. It looks nice in photos, but good to try on first.

Get the old one, I've had three of the old one and just bought a new one.

The bracelet was more comfortable before, the screws make it easier to size, well relatively, since there are screws on both sides and a pin (why??? worst setup ever)

Plus there is a 0.5 link for the older style bracelet, to get a good fit on the new one you need to buy a clasp and other stuff.

In addition to the accessories and the box you mentioned and the bracelet that others have mentioned, I think the writing on the back of the new version eliminates the "AND ONLY".

My friend told me that's the new one has darker dial and clearer sapphire. Not sure that's fact or personal opinion.
