Reputable US Rolex Seller ???
I am not having any luck finding an 18k day date in Singapore for what I want to pay. I have looked at some on Ebay in America and with a great sterling to dollar rate I can get one within my budget.
But and it is a big But, I am extremely warey of buying anything at this sort of money without seeing it first. That being said I would possibly do a deal.with a genuine seller. Anybody got any recommendations ????? Bond |

Do you want it from an AD? Have a good one here in Oregon that discounts and there is no sales tax here.

I should have said that I am in the market for a used one rather than a new watch. The prices here vary but just seem a bit steep or if the price is right it is for some very old watches.
From looking on the US Ebay prices are reasonable and for a much newer watch. I did see a nice 18k Datoyna last night with a starting price at 23,000 sing dollar, about 7.5k sterling but it was 6 years old. Tempting but I am going to hold out untill a nice day date comes along. I want a nice dress watch rather than another sports one and it would be nice if it matched this. |

Try these...US Ebay...Astorlive. Very reliable. US preowned...Preownedrolex.com. Cayce is top of the line and moves a lot of product. His stock generally doesn't stick around for long. If you're interested, email them and he or his son Patton will let you know when they can get ahold of one.
I have buying experience with both and think highly of them. Good luck. |

Whoops...I forgot. Someone in your part of the world...Andy at Timeman.net. I've also bought from him and he too is reliable.

The Time keeper. The guy that owns the place is honest as they come. I just bought one from him and was thrilled with the service and the watch I got was in better condition that I could have hoped for. Try him, you won't be disappointed http://www.preownedrolex.com/

Thanks for all the suggestions, I'll have a look. This guy does a lot on the UK Ebay. His prices seem reasonable with plenty around the 10k - 12k US dollar.

Kansaivet is right. Oregon has no sales tax. It is a great place to buy a watch.

also check out...
www.secondtimearoundwatchco.com and on ebay there is Robertmaron and interwatches and watches-etc-online. But always take the time to read the feedback, and then take more time and read the feedback on who left the feedback. I'm in California and I've bought watches from Asia and Europe and South America...all on ebay...and I haven't had a bad experience yet.
Just take your time, set your limits and stay within them, and ask questions before you bid. Have fun. John |

Just from looking at your picture that you want to match, it would seem as though that bracelt is very similar to some Omega bracelets I have seen. Maybe you should check out some 18K versions of their watches. Just a thought. |
