Got scammed for $3,500 last week from this A hole. I'm SO pissed !!! $3,500 was a lot of money for me.

Contact your bank. Contact his bank. Contact your local police. Contact the wire recipient's local police.

Sometimes it's not too late. There was a crazy thread a few months back about a guy who, like you, was scammed in a wire transfer. He was then brushed off by the authorities until some officer in rural Virginia visited the account holder who was a middleman for the scam. The officer told them not to touch the balance or they'd be facilitating a crime. The guy ended up getting his money back.
