Seamaster 300M hands
I am new to the Omega Seamaster 300M
In the current offerings of the Seamaster 300M on Omega's website all the models have hands either that are "hollow", or have triangular "point" as part of their overall shape. Aesthetically, these do no appeal to me. I have seen some older models that have "solid" hands (in the same shape of the "hollow" ones) and do not have the triangular point. To look for the Seamaster models that have the hands that I prefer, what am I asking for? What is this style of hands called and is there a model or vintage I can filter for on Chrono24? Thanks.

I have several Omegas, mostly Seamasters and Speedys.
I have not purchased any Omega since they went to hollow hands and dropped their striking sword hands, I find them unattractive.

The skeleton hands are what you are referring too and I, like you, am not a fan. They were the main reason I moved my SMP 300M on.
I think the ones you like are usually called sword hands. I don't know that they offer them on any of the new Seamasters. But they looked great on the older ones. Not mine: |
