Not all tissue paper is toilet paper or "Kleenex."
Tissue paper is often used to pack gifts. Is it a full-size, mid-size? Is that just grime in the bezel? Hand stack looks good. Crown looks big. Minute hand is almost impossible to see. Coronet on dial looks suspicious. Bracelet has odd proportions. Is that stretch? Is that normal for a mid-size watch? The bad picture, the low-price, and the sob story lead me to believe that the watch is fake. Photo is questionable, at best. It's a really bad picture, but I think I can see enough to say it's fake.

It only takes one look to see how crude the whole watch looks,an obvious counterfeit.
