sarpaneva after sales?
been looking at these recently. just curious how after sales service is? been spending way too much time scrolling through his instagram which seems to be the only place to really see much of a "catalog". also is there are issues with durability? seen some reviews mention fragility of the movements. i tend not to baby my watches, wore my 15202 swimming to the horror of others (i do get watches i swim with WR tested annually)
anyone deal with import duties/taxes how that works as well? thanks |

The famous one for having a real problem is HYT. Lotsa watches break or don't run properly from them.
With sarpabeva or other independents, just have yourself an excellent independent watchmaker who can handle things. I bring my watches to my trusted watchmaker well before I would send back to a manufacturer, as larger manufacturers do terribly with service. With independents this is a little more case by case. |
